Easter Activities

Today's Koolaid Easter Egg Coloring Worked.
We had John's friend from work join us for dinner. The boys love when he comes to visit.
And for the girls....we invited Jess's BFF and her mom since her dad was out of town.
These adorable girls loved coloring eggs.
This morning in Jess's Easter Basket there was a book from the movie Despicable me. John was Hilarious reading it.
Yesterday we spend the morning at the MHMC Easter Egg Hunt.
the kids loved finding eggs.
But Jess was not to excited about the Easter Bunny so I stood in so we could have a picture.

Here are my adorable children.
Oh how I love them.
I am grateful for the knowledge I have of the restoration of the gospel of Jesus Christ. I know that Jesus Christ was resurrected. And because of that I know I can be with my family forever. I have a Heavenly Father that loves me. He hears and answers my prayers. There is a living Prophet that leads this church today. What a blessing it is to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

Birthday Party

The day before the birthday party I was told I had pneumonia. I refused to cancel my baby girls party so we had a short and sweet party at the park with a few friends.
We hooked Jessi's chair to the picnic table. She ate fruit while the rest of the party goers had pizza. A very talented lady in our ward made Jessi's cake, which included a smash cake.

Jess was very dainty about eating her cake,

When she got a spoon in her hand she got more aggressive, and enjoyed every second. The boys had fun playing at the park with friends and of course eating cake.

Thanks Watsons for the puzzles.
Thanks Coles for the blocks.
And Danelle THANKS for taking pictures for me. They turned out PERFECT.

My Baby is 1!!!!!

Christmas

On Christmas Eve we all picked our favorite finger food. This was a fun tradition we did when I was a kid for Christmas Eve.
The kids opened new pajamas and there presents from the Grandparents. I was fun for them to open and appreciate the gifts from Grandparents and not have them lost in the pile of gifts the next day.
On Christmas Morning Jay came in at 5:00 and said, "Mom, Santa came but he forgot to eat his Brownie and drink his milk" Another tradition at our house is the kids can look in there stocking and play with the toys in there until the rest of the family wakes up. I didn't want everyone up at 5:00 so this kept Jay semi calm until the everyone trickled there way down the stairs.
Santa spoiled the kids at our house. Jay was SOOOOOO excited about the Kinect. James loved his leap pad and Jakub my sweet boy was just happy Santa remembered to bring him an umbrella. Much to my excitement there came some gifts with cute girl stuff. OH THE JOY OF HAVING A DAUGHTER.
As we ate our Breakfast Cake (our tradition for breakfast on Christmas) I thought about the wonderful blessing it is to have Christmas on the Sabbath Day. It was so nice to dress up my family, attend our church meeting and reflect on our Savior Jesus Christ.
After Church had the Watsons over for Brisket and (Idaho Spud) Cheesy Potatoes.
To work off our big meal we played fruit ninja and wipe out on the xbox.
I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. May we all keep the sweet spirit that comes this time of year in our hearts over the coming months.

Hot! Hot! Hot! Hot Chocolate!

We had so much fun on the Christmas train. There was cookies, hot chocolate, elves and even Santa. I keep looking out the window thinking there should be SNOW!
